The pursuit of regulated professions and the provision of services and professional activities in the construction sector in the Slovak Republic, the Member States of the European Union and states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area are subject to compliance with the conditions laid down in Slovak and EU legislation:
- Act No 138/1992 Coll. on chartered architects and chartered construction engineers, as amended
- Act No 293/2007 Coll. on the recognition of professional qualifications
- Directive 2005/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 September 2005 on the recognition of professional qualifications
The members of PIO Keramoprojekt’s professional team of designers are holders of six types of authorisation certificates granted by the Slovak Chamber of Civil Engineers (SCCE).
